2025 Spring Season
Welcome to the 2025 Lowes Creek Baseball Regular Season Registration!
Ages
As Lowes Creek is a member of the Cal Ripken Baseball Charter, there are age requirements for each division. There will be players who will be moved up and players who will play an additional (3rd) year in a certain division based on player age, evaluation, experience, and league decision.
Age Chart:
12 - Born between May 1, 2012 - April 30, 2013: Register in Majors
11 - Born between May 1, 2013 - April 30, 2014: Register in Majors
10 - Born between May 1, 2014 - April 30, 2015: Register in Minors*
9 - Born between May 1, 2015 - April 30, 2016: Register in Minors
8 - Born between May 1, 2016 - April 30, 2017: Register in Rookies*
7 - Born between May 1, 2017 - April 30, 2018: Register in Rookies
6 - Born between May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2019: Register in Tball*
5 - Born between May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2020: Register in Tball
4 - Born between May 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021: Register in Tball
* Some players may be asked to move up based on age, evaluation, experience, and league decision.
When
What time of the year does this program run?
Seasons runs from the end of April through June. (Timing may vary depending on weather)
Majors will play Tuesdays & Thursdays (4:45 pm or 6:30pm)
Minors will play Mondays & Wednesdays (4:45pm or 6:30 pm)
Rookies will play Tuesdays & Thursdays (4:45 pm or 6:30 pm)
T-ball will play Mondays & Wednesdays (4:45 pm or 6:30 pm)
Fees
Fees for 2025
Registration Fees:
Majors: $160
Minors: $160
Rookies: $160
T-Ball: $70
If you are registering three or more players, there will be a cap of $350 total in registration fees. Please reach out to

If you are experiencing financial hardship during this time, please contact our league president, Justin Wetzel, at president@lowescreekbaseball.com
to inquire about a scholarship to reduce or eliminate your registration fee.
Where
Where are practices and games typically held?
The majority of practices and games will be held at the Lowes Creek Baseball Complex: 4450 Horlacher Court, Eau Claire, WI 54701
Some games could occur at neighboring baseball communities depending on scheduling needs.
League Evalutions
League Evaluations will be held March 31st at VSA.
Jerseys
All players will receive a Lowes Creek hat for participating in league. Along with a team jersey including their name on the back. During registration you will have an option to purchase an additional jersey if desired.
Volunteer Commitments
LCB is a 100% volunteer-led organization and requires family participation to maintain affordable fees for each player.
Every family has volunteer duties this year. Multiple players per family equate to more volunteer time required at the ballpark.
Each player's participation requirements are as follows:
- Spring or Fall Cleanup commitment
- Concessions volunteer commitment is a total of 2 concession shifts/(4.5 hours total) or opt-out with a $275 buyout per player. Max payout per family will be $600
- T-ball players family member commitment is a total of 1 concession shift/(2.25 hours total).
- Field Prep AND Scoreboard volunteers
Notes:
- Failure to fulfill volunteer commitments will result in a charge of the Volunteer buyout fee of $275 at the conclusion of the season.
- There are many ways to volunteer, please feel free to reach out to a LCB Board Member for additional volunteering options! Options include helping at tournaments, mowing the grass, helping at family day, etc
- Spring and Fall Cleanup volunteer hours will be documented by sign-in at each of the events.
- All other League volunteer time commitments are set up for time slots that are scheduled for a little more than one game at a time and will be available by online signup. Volunteer commitments will be documented by the Concessions Coordinator with a sign-in sheet at Concessions.
